Q: mercedes benz GLK…?
i am looking forward to buy the GLK, but my friends are telling me to wait tell 2010 as the price it might go down a bit, could someone plz advise me if the price will go down
(plz put an estimate, if possible)

A: I agree with Doug. Dealers are hungry now to move cars which makes this a buyer’s market. If the economy improves by the end of this year or beginning of next year, there will be a pent-up demand for new cars ( from the people delaying the purchase of new cars today ). Finding a deal will be much less likely under that scenario.

Q: When does the new Mercedes Benz GLK come out?
I really need to get moving on purchasing a new vehicle and I like the look of the new Mercedes. I’m curious to know when it comes out for sure because the release date says 2010, but that’s never really when it comes out.

A: It’s being called a 2010 model year vehicle but it will be released shortly in the new year. It’s supposed to be publicly released in January or February.

Q: What do you think of the 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK?
I need a new vehicle, what are your opinions on the GLK?

A: It’s a nice little SUV. It’s based on the C-Class mechanicals so it’s built on a solid foundation. It rides very nicely and it is quiet to drive. I’m not a SUV fan but I did like the GLK when I drove it.

Q: when is the release date for the Mercedes-Benz GLK Bluetec Hybrid?
Is this car coming out anytime soon?

A: As far as coming out in the USA, there are always delays. It has been this way with all diesels lately. The EPA practically makes it nearly impossible to bring them over here. The results are very expensive exhaust treatments and components. I wanted a new VW TDI, but it had an expensive exhaust on it with 5 sensors. Choked down horsepower and more than likely killed Volkswagen’s claims to very high fuel efficiency. Thank you EPA

A: no

Q: Which one is the best 4X4 mercedes benz glk class,audi q7,bmw x5/x6,porsche cayenne turbo s?
Tell which one gives good mileage,is luxurious and overall is also good.i m having a family of 4 members

A: This is really a matter of opinion as each are very different to drive.
it also depends on what your looking for because if your looking for a fast 4×4 its probably the porsche or the merc. however if you are looking for an off roading 4×4 then i would have to say the audi.
comfort would be the merc or the BMW. (x5)

again it all depends on what you want the car for.

my personal prefernce however would be the BMW x5 as i think this is by far the best looking of all the cars you have listed

Q: Does a Mercedes-Benz GLK Class have towing options?

A: Yes, you can order a towing package from the factory or you can order one as a dealer accessory. If you install it after it’s built, it takes between 4-5 hours to install and you may also have to upgrade the engine fan. Some early GLK’s came with a 400W fan which will need to be upgraded to a 600W to deal with the additional stress of towing.

The towing capacity is 3500 lbs, the tongue weight max is 350 lbs and it’s a class II.

Q: What mercedes benz class is suitable for younger drivers?
Currently I am looking into buying the mercedes benz GLK or C class. I cannot however decide which car is sportier and more suitable for my age range which is mid-twenties. My price range is between $40 000 – $55 000. If you guys have any other suggestions for appropriate cars please mention!!!

Q: Why doesn’t Mercedes benz make the GLK 300 (in germany), the 2009 C230 (in canada) for the U.S.?
I am not typing any false words that everyone knows isn’t true. about the GLK class: they make the 3.0 liter 228 hp engines in the U.S. so why cant Mercedes Benz put it in the GLK class for the U.S.

A: Because in America we don’t tolerate crap engines. Mercedes knows this too, which is why you will never see a (theoretical model here) a S180 sedan, since even someone who knows nothing about cars would understand that fitting the smallest engine in the largest car a company has to offer would make for really lame performance.

Q: Audi Q5 or Mercedes Benz GLK 350?
My family is planning on getting a new car in 2010 November, and I need help choosing. I know that’s a long time away, but we have to get a new house first. I like both cars, and they both have what I’m looking for: Power sunroof w/ attomatic shade, navigation system, and a rear seat dvd player. Which should I get? If you have any different answers, please list them. Thanks!

A: GLK 350 all the way! My husband has an Audi and my mom and I have had only Mercedes since I was 16 so I’ve got pretty good experience with both. Mercedes is a pleasure to deal with, the cars have all been great, and we’ve had everything from sedans to SUVs to sports cars. Audi on the other hand has been a nightmare, they are a pain when it comes to repairs and issues and lets just say that we’ve had plenty! Personally almost everyone I’ve know that has/had an Audi has had horrible experiences with their Audi’s and Audi in general.

Q: Does the 2010 Mercedes Benz GLK have a 3rd row seat?
I’ve been looking online for specs, and pics, but couldn’t find anything mentioning 3rd row seating. My husband and I are looking to buy a new car, and with a 2nd baby on the way we need something that will accommodate 2 car seats, as well as other passengers if we need to. I LOVE the R-class which is my #1 choice at the moment, but I’m not sure it will fit in our 2 car garage. And the GL is just way too big for me. Anyone out there in internet land ever been in the GLK? I have always wanted a Benz… ever since I was a little girl. I figured might as well get one now that we’re in the market for a new car. Any info provided will be very appreciated! Thanks in advance!

A: NO it doesn’t I tested it the other day and its only 5 passengers small SUV

Q: What do you think of the 2010 Mercedes-Benz GLK 350?

A: From all that I have read about it……it should be a very good vehicle but I am a little concerned with the 7-speed transmission…..so any type of extended warranty would be advisable……

Q: How to open sunroof on Mercedes GLK?
We just got a Mercedes Benz GLK 350, and it has two separate sunroofs… but we aren’t sure how to open them. Can you open them? What buttons do you press? Please help!
